The restaurant is an integral part of Locanda S’anninia, which is characterised by the typical regional cooking and fresh products, almost all of them at km 0. From the fish just caught, to the cheese, to the goat’s milk, fresh pasta, we selected by ourselves local vendors, able to provide wholesome, delicious and seasonal products.
Every day, from the early morning, we look for vegetables, fruits, meat and whatever we need to prepare a menu which lives up to the expectations. There are also specialities from Sardinia like Culurgiones (home-made ravioli) and Seada (home-made dessert) and the delicious spaghetti with clams and “bottarga” (mullet-roe).
On the wine list, made by the sommelier Marcella Vinci, you’ll find most of the excellent Sardinian wines. Not only wine to delight the more demanding taste, but also craft beers and, to conclude the meal, a wide selection of “Fileferru”.
